Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding sale. A purchase or commission is confirmed only after availability, pricing, shipping, and payment details have been agreed upon in writing.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in the selected currency for reference only and may be adjusted based on shipping destination, framing options, and payment method. Payment instructions are provided after an order is confirmed.
5. Shipping and returns
Artworks are packed with care and shipped worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and size of the piece. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can find a solution.
6. Intellectual property
All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Fidan Aliyeva Rasim. Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the copyright or reproduction rights.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of an artwork.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
